Our normal Sunday Worship Service begins at 9:00am
Other Special Services throughout the Year:
Every Easter we travel out to have our Worship Service in God’s Creation. We pack everything up and worship at the Granite Ridge Christian Camp (formerly Emmanuel Heights Camp and Conference Center). The service begins at 10am and is followed up by a free Chicken Lunch for the family. We have an Easter Egg Hunt for the little ones too.
Every year, Creston hosts the Creston Classic Rodeo in September and the Creston Community Church hosts Cowboy Church at the rodeo grounds on that Sunday morning. The service begins at 8:00am and ends right at 9:00am. Come on out and worship with the Cowboys.
Creston Christmas Tree Lighting
Another wonderful tradition at our church is the Christmas Tree Lighting. The Christmas Tree sits right next to our beautiful and newly restored Chapel. Every year we decorate the tree with lights as well as Christmas bulbs that the children of the church have decorated over the years. On the evening we light the tree, we gather in front of the old chapel, sing familiar Christmas carols and songs and a special member of the church throws the switch to light the tree. We then proceed to the lawn alongside the chapel for beans, cookies, coffee and hot chocolate. It’s a great tradition.
Come and join us.
